"The cooks started this season, real jewelry! We arrived by chance and we were very welcome, at an hour when they could have refused us. The dishes were very fine and with local products, a real surprise it changed us from a restaurant with a beautiful ethical discourse in Le Rosier). "Je suis surpris de lire des commentaires négatifs sur cet établissement , alors que nous avons été très bien reçu , la patronne est très professionnelle , elle sait orchéstrer son personnel, qui est a la hauteur, nous avons été servi par Julie, qui nous a renseigné sur les visites les plus importantes a faire dans la région , et nous n' avons pas été décu, nous retournerons dans les gorges du Tarn non pas 2 jours mais 2 semaines"

"Dinner was fabulous every evening. Fresh Fish perfectly prepared; duck breast, foie gras, lamb, etc…all excellent! Gourmet desserts too. Especially liked the Chocolate-chataigne fondant , the nougat glacé, both the tiramisu café and tiramisu fraise. Service by smiling attentive staff. Surrounded by the gorges cliffs…splendid views. Highly Recommend and will return"
