"I spent a week in Trier, so of course we met Bitburger. As you know, if you have spent a time in Trier, there is not much to do... after a few days I'm pretty sure I exhausted most of the activities. So, of course, I have my group to drink and hang in the best looking pub of the kind. I went twice to Bitburger, once for dinner and once for drinks. I was pleasantly surprised by the tomatoes basil soup. Trier was cool because I was used to Texas weather at the time, so I wanted something warm. The soup was velvety and thick... most tomato soups have a very runny consistency, but this thicker version was just the ticket. I can say they use fresh tomatoes and cream that made the whole difference. I used all my bread for diving and asked for more! And I was tried to lick the bowl clean. The naughty sparrow I had was decent - not the best I had but had a beautiful texture and was hot. The salad I ordered was quite generic, but had a nice oil and vinegar. The service was slow, but since I wasn't in a hurry, I didn't mind. Maybe not the best place for a quick meal, but the warm and slightly dark atmosphere makes it a great place to eat and drink with friends."

"My family was in the mood for pizza after traveling and sightseeing all day. We had bottled waters with us since it was very hot that day and the waiter said we could not bring drinks in and called us "campers." After the rude treatment, we decided to give the place a second chance and went ahead and ordered. It was very awkward and uncomfortable. My wine came with some unexplained residue in the carafe. Fortunately, another waitress brought me a new one. Our initial waiter never came back to check on us. When our pizzas came, we had to ask for plates and received 2 for 4 people. The pizza was not great and instead of ordering ice cream as we planned, we just paid the bill and left. I would not recommend this place. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!"

"Das Restaurant bietet ein "all-you-can-eat" Buffet. Alles, was man von einem asiatischen Restaurant erwartet, kann hier gefunden werden: sushi, Nudeln, Ente, Hähnchen... Rohe Speisen, die man selbst auswählt, werden in der offenen Küche zubereitet, so dass man jederzeit den Vorgang sehen kann. Auch Desserts kommen nicht zu kurz: Kuchen, Eis, Götterspeisen, Früchte... Die Qualität der Speisen ist immer sehr gut. In den Speisesälen gibt es traditionelle Aquarien mit verschiedenen Fischen drin. Eine besondere Attraktion für die Kids ist ein Pool mit Fischen und Schildkröten direkt am Eingang. Insbesondere zu den Stoßzeiten ist eine Reservierung empfehlenswert, denn das Restaurant ist meistens sehr voll."

"Después de andar toda la mañana por Trier y buscando ya un sitio para comer vimos una plaza muy agradable, apartada del bullicio y mucho más tranquila que las concurridas calles del centro, así que decidimos comer aquí y fue un acierto.Comimos dentro porque no habia mesa fuera y nos atendió Isidro, un gallego simpatiquísimo, que se lleva el premio al mejor camarero que hemos conocido en 12 días por Alemania, que nos ayudó en la elección de los platos, por fin un dia íbamos a saber qué pedíamos, llevábamos una semana por Alemania y en ningún restaurante tenian carta ni siquiera en inglés, así que este dia fue perfecto.Las ensaladas completísimas y las pizzas fenomenales, la masa finísima como nos gusta y extra grandes, ah! importante: el café "ristretto e buono".El precio razonable para la cantidad, calidad y el sitio donde estábamos.Opción recomendable"
