"This hotel is a complete joke!!! Everything inside is very cheap and not well maintained. Starting from the service at the reception, going to the room and the so called 2 stars Michellen Restaurant . The receptionist guy was a young man about 20...something. Very rude and not welcoming. The room was spacious but so dirty everywhere. Scratches on the floor. The furnitures were very outdated and there was even a broken lamp (although looking nice and modern on the pictures of the website). Everything is very very cheap!!! Totally not worh the huge price they ask!!! Moving to the famous Restaurant. No ambiance whatsoever! Extremely cheap interior with absolutely NO TASTE!!! This would be a Restaurant of some mediocre 2 star hotel but not of a hotel that they try to present. We didn’t even bother to make reservation for the dinner because again the price was out of comparison to the quality. PEOPLE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! THIS IS A CHEAP PLACE WITHOUT ANY TASTE OR QUALITY!!!"

"Konstruktive Kritik mit guter Bewertung wird scheinbar übersehen - ignoriert oder nicht angenommen. Jetzt gehe ich einen anderen Weg - schreibe heute eine negative Kritik und Bewertung. Ausgehend von meiner zuletzt über das Restaurant geschriebenen recht guten Bewertung (siehe meine Kritik und Bewertung vor einigen Monaten) waren wir, meine Frau und ich noch etwa weitere 5 mal Gast in dem Restaurant. Eine Änderung trotz mehrmaliger persönlicher Ansprache führte bisher zu keinem Ergebnis oder einer Veränderung, obwohl zugesichert wurde, dass unsere bitte an die Restaurantleitung weitergereicht wurde. Die Wünsche der Gäste werden Ignoriert - diesem Anschein zur Folge, ist das Wohl der Gäste ein Angestrebtes Ziel und nur auf dem Hochglanzprospekt zu finden. (Keineswegs will ich die Speisen hier Bewerten, alle Speisen sind von sehr guter Qualität). Es entzieht sich meiner Vorstellungskraft, dass es beim Einkauf der Weine für ein derartiges Restaurant, es hier KEINE Möglichkeit gibt, dass Sortiment um eine Sorte trockener Französischer Rose' Wein zu erweitern, ein Französischer Rotwein ist ja auch im Sortiment zu finden."
