"Our first time there and it won't be the last! The food is homemade, fresh and absolutely delicious. This family run restaurant is welcoming and the staff are a pure joy.My wife fell head over heels with the eggplant dishes, the red pepper dish, the chicken etc etc etc. Everything on our table was freshly prepared, flavorful and spiced perfectly.We look forward to going again! Thank you everyone at O Cedre for an amazing dinner!"

"We had dinner at Clementine and all we can say was it's amazing. From the first course to the delicious dessert we were raving about everything. We shared a couple of appetizers (salad and the delicious featured clam chowder),then had the vegetarian risotto and vegetable dish along with the special lamb chops they had on feature. Our server was Julie and she offered us exceptional service with lots of humour and fun. For dessert the raspberry cloud and butterscotch sundae were amazing. Highly recommended to eat at Clementine!"

"This restaurant is very cute, cozy, and rustic. The service is very friendly. They serve breakfast and lunch. The menu includes many clearly labelled gluten-free and vegan options, as well as organic smoothies. The quesadilla can be made vegan by removing the eggs and cheese, and adding Daiya vegan cheese. It was very good. The prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant if ever you stop by Val-David."

"We were four adults and all agreed, it was horrible as a bloat but horrible, we were sure that after 30 years of service it would have been more than acceptable but brief for 150$ we will never come back... except the wonderful service that was sympathetic!"

"I've been to this hotel for two days with the children and another couple of friends.... It is a truly exceptional place...the chalet where we settled (9 people) was very large and with all the necessary amenities. We spent for two nights 800 dollars but considering that we were two families has a good price quality ratio. Very recommended. . ."

"I think too often Laurentian restaurants are providing good food, but it 's more often than not 'same old, same old. ' NOT HERE! At L 'Epicurieux their tapas like portions are each unique, full of creative flavors. Many of their ingredients are locally sourced. We had visitors...from England and the 4 of us chose the Wednesday nite tasters ' menu- and just loved being surprised, plate after plate-from the first course to their delicious, not to be missed desserts. [Bread does not come with the meal- but is a must- the quality was wonderful, and it soaks up all those great sauces. The service was very pleasant throughout. Clearly this is a team that is working hard to create an excellent experience. We will be back."
