"Voulez Vous serves Modern Australian and European dining in the heart of Surry Hills. It 's located next to the ever so talked about, Butter Sydney. You may have walked past Voulez Vous without even knowing. The interior is designed by architects in Milan to bring the class and culture of Europe to Sydney, and wow it definitely does not disappoint. They have a 4K TV which is dedicated to being a 'fish tank ' for crying out loud! The presentation at Voulez Vous does not disappoint. When this was brought out to the table, not only did I think to myself 'how on earth am I going to finish that ', but I was amazed at how colourful and nicely presented a plate of sausages could look. Chevapi is popular in Matt 's family he knew exactly what to expect. It is very hard to explain, but the chevapi is full of herbs which make it full it flavour. It is especially great when you add that VV sauce to the mix again, proving to be again a dipping sauce for anything and everything."

"My husband and I had breakfast here twice while vacationing in Sydney. (We were looking for a quick option before heading out for excursions.) The service was extremely friendly and the atmosphere was casual. My husband enjoyed the coffee and I enjoyed the tea. This café offered good banana bread and breakfast wraps, although, we preferred the wraps without the “special” sauce. The prices were very reasonable."

"Attached to The Royal Albert, the Bamboo Dumpling Bar is the perfect place to have a quick bite after meeting friends for a drink at the bar.<br>

There's a good range of dishes to choose from, and the dumplings are all very reasonably priced.<br>

For dessert we had chocolate spring rolls and a selection of "mystery" dessert dumplings."

"Unfortunately, one of our dishes came raw - the fish. They then pulled themselves back, without further compensation. We got the subscribed fish when we finished the rest of our food, so there was no point that it does not really concern to take it to us. I recognize that mistakes happen, but a sincere apology or reflection of an apology of the bill should have occurred."

"Took my girlfriend at the time here for a birthday dinner, being a Japanese girl I thought it would be nice to cure her homesickness . How sadly I was wrong. Upon entering the restaurant you are greeted warmly, and the ambience is ordinary, glancing into the kitchen I saw a mixture of chefs and kitchen-hands but not a Japanese ( or asian) in sight. The menu is quite unique, to be honest they are trying to be too fancy for the sake of it. We ordered a variety of dishes to sample the menu and see what they had to offer, unfortunately everything underwhelmed and frankly disappointed. Cant remember all the details, but the chicken karaage was an AB-SO-LUTE- JOKE, it was deep fried stone like substance, with no resemblance to chicken karaage what-so-ever, it hard as a rock, like it had been sitting in the freezer since 1999 and dump in the deep fryer, I was almost going to send it back, but I didnt want to make a scene and cause embarrassment. After the $250 bill , Im not game to give it a second chance, there's nothing to be inspired about."

"We have booked this place for 2 weeks in advance and the manager sent my friend several crazy e-mails that they bring to confirm their booking several times we finally come there, after dinner and the bouncer rejects one of our friends with zero statement And ensures that we could definitely not go into it, tells the manager that our friend goes to him (completely untrue), and the manager rejects us then give us the attitude of the boute 'attitude'. This was absolutely awful as we have made our efforts to get the booking first. I can not believe how demoralized this experience was and how rude was the staff. Bad shape. Do not come here."
