"I've been cruising around Montreal's Tim Horton for a while and by far this is the best one for drive-thru service. As a daily customer, I was able to order every morning. The service is very much similar to the others, but the service is exceptionally faster than any other point of service. As for interior service, I am not convince for some aspect as it is usually crowded (pre COVID-19 lockdown). Conclusion, do swing by if your driving, it will save you time!"

"They deserve more stars so this is one extra star. The manager of the tim hortons there is awesome there was a lot of people around 8:00am and he was helping the employees serving clients not all the managers do that the shelf's where very clean display and there was around 33 clients no one was waiting and each client got what he want awesome service awesome team i like the way they work it's like a sinfonie"

"If it was possible to put 0 I would have put it. You can't tell me I'm ordering at the drive-thru, I don't know Tim's menu by heart dammit. I tell you a moment at least 3 or 4 times and you keep asking me for your order, your order, your order like an idiot. There was no car behind us. We ordered 1 item and without waiting for us to say that's all (we weren't finished), the other idiot told us to move on ? man you don't want your work go away. It's not complicated though.And what’s more, she has no balls to come and talk to us ?We still have problems with this Tim. If it's not an order mistake, it's a 40 min for 1 coffee or an idiot who doesn't know what customer service is.Even if it means being late, it’s better to go to Tim’s on Lacordaire! There, I never had this problem."
