Ever since COVID, my local Tim's has gone to hell. They never have donuts, they are closed at odd times, staffing issues, whenever I order anything, they don't have it or don't have some of the old ingredients like whip cream for coffee, mayonnaise for a sandwich... The lady spoke to us in English and told us she didn't speak English and took their time getting the food ready and forgot our bagel.
