"Horrible Service. The barista was so rude and I noticed it was only towards me. I was the only person of color and she is clearly very racist as she didn’t attend to me until she first served the other customers (white). She continued to roll her eyes at me as I stated what I wanted for Mh order. She made everyone’s coffee drink even though I ordered before the others. Also, their chai sucks. Would not recommend!!!!"

"My favorite vegan place on my trip so far! Sandwiches are so delicious and packed with flavor. Their baked goods are phenomenal! I want to buy a loaf before I head back home it is so good! The vibe eating outside was great. There is even outside seating in the back that has cats running around. I thought that was absolutely amazing! Everything on the menu looks so good. I wish I had more time to try more things!"

"1781 south dorgenis street and the place where a homeless and sheriff can approach during a fifteen minute visit for a delivery or interrogation a diner, or the buttermilk drop bakery caffe does not seem like the kind of place a caucasian midwestern gastronomics around 6:30 a.m. on the morning, but between the products and its friendly staff it is actually a the option of the kitchen, a glass partition and window that separated it from clouds of flur and whirring mischer, it was with donuts in the understood that a order was placed, paid for and then bagged, a little over $5 textur for five choices with the strongly powdered custard filled kissen changed thankful of the rest, but still a with “World Famous” wink falls behind both."

"We returned to DDSB during our 2nd trip to NOLA…and it continues to be AWESOME! The biscuit is appropriately crunchy on the outside but soft flaky inside. You can’t go wrong with any of the biscuit sandwiches. However, be warned that it quite the hefty meal when you add in a donut."

"The vegan quesadilla was no good. It had like no cheese in it, at all! Also hardly anything else in it either. I had it with the original sausage, did not taste good. The vegan chicken salad sandwich was ok; prefer the mock chicken salad at whole foods."

"I just saw the response to my original post and I have to say I was really impressed by it. The response feels genuine like I said before I know how hard it can be to be constantly cheerful for the public. We’ll be back and I’m changing my rating to five starts. I really appreciate the apology and the response. Original Post: We've been going here for years and years. The staff changes constantly so service has always been so so (although if you are lucky enough to catch Ziggy, an owner, he's amazing). I come from a restaurant family, and I'm well aware of how difficult it is to deal with the public and so I don't usually get offended by a salty attitude. This morning I was bringing my girls to school and we stopped in they got their usual, a cinnamon roll for one and a jalapeño sausage croissant for the other. We stepped outside to eat: they usually warm the croissant, but this morning it wasn't warmed. I told my daughter to go back inside and ask them to warm it (I believe that it's Ziggy's bro in law working the counter) she was nervous and I told her it would be fine, they weren’t busy and to go ahead. Well no she got a lecture about how she was supposed to ask when it was ordered, that he usually won't heat the food if you ask after it's ordered. After the lecture he did warm it, but she was mortified. She’s 13, very soft spoken and very polite. I don't understand this but I don't need to. There are plenty of other bakeries we can give our money to, so no worries Patisserie you won’t have to warm our pastries anymore."
