"I just saw the response to my original post and I have to say I was really impressed by it. The response feels genuine like I said before I know how hard it can be to be constantly cheerful for the public. We’ll be back and I’m changing my rating to five starts. I really appreciate the apology and the response. Original Post: We've been going here for years and years. The staff changes constantly so service has always been so so (although if you are lucky enough to catch Ziggy, an owner, he's amazing). I come from a restaurant family, and I'm well aware of how difficult it is to deal with the public and so I don't usually get offended by a salty attitude. This morning I was bringing my girls to school and we stopped in they got their usual, a cinnamon roll for one and a jalapeño sausage croissant for the other. We stepped outside to eat: they usually warm the croissant, but this morning it wasn't warmed. I told my daughter to go back inside and ask them to warm it (I believe that it's Ziggy's bro in law working the counter) she was nervous and I told her it would be fine, they weren’t busy and to go ahead. Well no she got a lecture about how she was supposed to ask when it was ordered, that he usually won't heat the food if you ask after it's ordered. After the lecture he did warm it, but she was mortified. She’s 13, very soft spoken and very polite. I don't understand this but I don't need to. There are plenty of other bakeries we can give our money to, so no worries Patisserie you won’t have to warm our pastries anymore."

"I've had Papa John's pizza plenty of time and they all have been amazing but this location sucks. Delivery time was 2 hours, which they should mention to customers upfront....but received in about and hour. Pizza was was warm but wings were cold and very dark in color to the point it look brunt. Very disappointing!"

"Sat down in the booth and the waitress asked about Appetizers. I said no thanks, but I will order a nice drink while I wait. After a while waiting, she came back with WATER!!TAP WATER at that!! REALLY TAP WATERThe bartender didn't fix my drink until about 30mins after ordering. I stopped going to Applebee's a long time ago for what reason, I can't remember. Different location than the WATER issue. I decided to try again but Apparently...Applebee's is just not for me. Especially the METAIRIE location with the TAP WATER which I didn't even ask for"

"My goodness, that small pizza was good! Reminded me of the best Pizza Hut had to offer back in the early 90s. Mozz sticks had a big cheese pull and were perfectly crispy. Will definitely order from here again! Worth every penny."
