"I usually do not write reviews, but this is justified. There are two things to be said here, these are the best donuts in the city! The donuts are fresh and well decorated and outstanding, the atmosphere is light and happy and calm at the same time. This will be my way to the Donut shop from now on and all my family and friends. The second thing is the worker all are wonderful and amazing! A very special man stood out, the great Asian young man. I went to get Donuts in the morning and I had already had a hard day and the young man noticed and asked how my day was and shed some very good advice for his age, got this old man scratched his head and asked me. Happy with the donuts he made especially for me and the advice and encouragement. Later on the same day I brought my grandson with him because he loved the donuts before I brought home and to my surprise the young man still works there, he made some fresh donuts for us with a smile and sent us on the way to feel special. While I walk out, I see this young man writing back to his notebook and I can only accept homework, I got to think that this is one of the best and hardest working young man iv seen in a long time! This donut shop has so much depth, from the donuts and how fresh and great they taste to the workers there with so much depth also at such a young age. I'll tell everyone about this little hole in the wall!"

"I frequent this location and I?ve been trying to give them an opportunity to redeem each previous experience. They continue to fail. I usually encounter the same two horrendous ladies at the drive thru window. One with gold teeth. One without. Both have mastered eye rolling, neck rolling, and teeth smacking. Unfortunately, I ordered none of the above. 2 stars only because the product itself was consistent with what I expect from the franchise."

"I've always liked Krispy Kreme donuts until now. I went in to get my free regular birthday dozen and bought a dozen. They charged me $1.00 for the free dozen and the 6 vanilla cream filled and the other 6 cream filled doughnuts did not have any filling in them at all. So I got ripped off by this store. I feel that they owe me a $1.00 and another dozen of cream filled doughnuts. I could not just take them back since I live on the north side of Monticello almost in Georgia."

"First time customer review: I believe our customer service experience could've been better especially when I informed the employee it was our first time coming here so I wanted to know what the top sellers were so I can place my order but she seemed distracted and short with us as if we were bothering her even though we were the only ones in the shop. We only brought 1 ice cream cone and a few donuts just to try it out, and they were great. I wanted to order more, but the lack of customer service provided to us wasn't very welcoming, so we took our order and left despite me wanting to try some other things.I did notice the employee had a earbud in her ear which could have attributed to the lack of service we received due to her being distracted. When communicating with customers I don't believe earbuds should be in their ears since this can cause a barrier in communication, which it did. After the employee tends to the customers then they should put their earbuds back in their ears.This is just an opinion on what I believe would've given us a better experience. I hope we have a better experience next time."
