"This place is going downhill. A lot of ppl were complaining when this place opened about being told to order inside orders being wrong but I didn’t have issues ordering drinks thru the drive thru. I order macchiato’s all of the time. The past few months they’ve been making them with less coffee more cream taking away the caffeine I order them for. I’ve even been handed 3/4 cup several times. My tipping point was a few Fridays ago when I stopped for breakfast on my way out of state. I ordered a sandwich drink. The person ordering asked if I wanted to add hash browns I said oh ok. As I got in the road I realized they didn’t even give me the hash browns yet I was charged for them. I returned to town a week later told them at the drive thru that I wanted refunded. The person at the window talked to me like I was the crazy one said I can only talk to a manager early in the mornings. That was my last visit. Not only did they encourage me to order something I hadn’t ordered, I didn’t get it they refused to refund me. I shop elsewhere now."
