"Good bakery items however I have stopped ordering here because I ordered cupcakes for my sister before. Twice now I have called ahead to order my own for my birthday the same exact cupcakes. The first time I was told they don't offer that flavor. The second time, my order was taken for a set time/day, I was quoted a price and when I arrived, to my disappointment the woman told me they had nothing for me. When I asked if she didn't mind taking my order while I was there to have it ready the next day, she acted like it was an inconvenience picking them up for my desired time (SAME TIME OFFERED BEFORE) because it was the same time the decorator arrives. All I wanted was some lousy sprinkles. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It takes two minutes out of your day to help a team member or AT LEAST OFFER. Especially when my experiences here have been the way they are. She then let me know once I told her my desired flavor that they don't offer this.1) Why was my order taken and quoted if they knew what flavor I wanted and they knew they could not do it?2) Why couldn't someone call to let me know it was not going to be ready due to the flavor?3) I find this extremely unprofessional for any business and will not be recommending anyone I know here. It's a sad shame."

"Came to this Dunkin ' donuts around 4:30 and I saw the sign for a $3 medium pumpkin cream cold brew. So I ordered that she told me my total was over $4 and I said the sign says it 's $3. She said yeah well we 're not doing that anymore. I said well the signsays you are? I was just surprised that she didn 't honor it and then maybe have someone go out there and take the sign out. Ihave worked at fast food places in the past and anytime there has been mistakes like that it 's usually just honored because thesign said it and it was the business 's fault for not taking the sign down. Also I 've never been greeted before the way I wasgreeted at the drive-thru which was , do you know what you want I thought that was a bit odd. In a nutshell bad service. Iusually avoid this location because it takes so long here to get your order and when you do get your order my drink is alwaysbad I usually just get an iced coffee with cream but they somehow screw that up every time so I won 't be going to this oneanymore."
