"The experience was very awful...The attendant on November 27 7.15pm was very disrespectful and condescending., lacked manner of approach. The manager did not do any better, started speaking thier native language to each other while explaining what happened..I came into the store to make a purchase I stood by the mobile pick up and was waiting to be attended for 10mintues, while customer that came before me was being attended too. I then approached the attendant to ask why I was being ignored and she told me I did not stand at the right place to place an order to which I explained to her that nobody even asked me what my order was even if it was a pickup stand for 10mintues and that's bad service and she said I should stand on the right place next time and even the manager supported her decision. So even if I stop at a mobile order nobody asked me a thing for 10mintues. Very very bad and I won't be visiting that store anytime soon until they get better customer service training and experience."

"The place is dirty, the filling line is messy, the staff is unpleasant, the whole experience is terrible. I'd have to starve to make another trip to this landfill. Never been to a subway that sucked it before. Yikes!"
