"DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE A DIME OF YOUR MONEY! First of all, they have never gotten the drive thru order correct on the first try. But we would still go because it is 2 miles closer than the next Tim Hortons. Then one day the incredibly rude drive thru lady yelled at my wife when she simply said how she was given the wrong Timbits. My 3 year old daughter (who was in the back seat) talked all day about how mom was yelled at. This place has the worst service, the worst staff, and the worst food of any Tim Hortons I?ve ever been to. And I?ve been to so many amazing Tim Hortons almost daily for 20 years!"

"Love this place. Breezed through Buffalo and stayed at the Lafayette, what a gem to have on the ground floor. Delicious coffee, had both baked goods and bagel sandwiches and iced coffee for two mornings in a row. Quite busy at 8am opening, but their counter staff is very friendly and their system efficient. Said hello to the owner James when he handed me my baked goods, told him I would want my own coffee shop to look and run just like Public if I were to open one. Highly recommend!"
