"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I ordered a license. My order was a medium, ice cream coffee (original mixture, this was specified) only with oat milk. When the guy, Jimmy, manned the window, told me to pay the price, I thought it was a bit high, so I checked the entrance when he gave it to me with my card. I was charged for 1 Lg Hot Orig Cof with 3 creamers and 1 Apple Fritter. I tell him I didn't order anything in the receipt. He gets the manager to give me a refund, and then she takes my order while she goes back to Jimmy about how to really man the window and that they don't always do refunds. I give the same order. My reception showed 1 Lg Hot Orig Cof, but there is no one in the window to say. Another young lady brings me a big HOT coffee that is not what I ordered, but what is on the entrance. I'm telling her this isn't what I ordered and repeats my order. She rolls her eyes and goes back to the other team members. The window is open to my entire stay, so I hear everything that is said between the staff. They speak in Spanish, which could be regarded as hostile to someone who speaks only English, as they speak each other. Luckily, I also speak fluent Spanish. A gentleman finally got the window and hollers to the rest of the team to watch the window. Another young lady returns with a big hot coffee. I tell her that this is not what I ordered and repeat my order and tell her that this hot big coffee is good and forget about it. She tells me to do this. It looks at the counter through the window that cannot be seen from the window and extracts an icy coffee. She tells me she has a big ice cream coffee that she did, but they said it was wrong and she asked if I wanted it. I'm losing and she tells me they're just gonna throw it away. I said that was good and I left. I did not trust any of the staff at this point to make a real drink and not retaliate with the drink. I didn't see how she did this drink."

"Was looking for something different and this place delivered. Super nice people and vibe. Homemade jam was good. Food was hot. Pastrys looked good. Had a churro donut that wasnt bad. Salted chocolate chip cookie was ok. Burritos and stuff looked good, slightly salty eggs but overall we will be back for a second round."
