Went in for dessert. Ordered the ice cream doughnut with the assumption our donuts would come as advertised based on the way they are portrayed in store and online. However, we were given plain donuts on top of the ice cream. Awesome freshly made donuts. Staff was quick and nice.
Pretty good place small doughnuts and so many different flavors, but down side they now downside their drinks for the combo. Though not sure for their regular drinks
Do-nut come here! It is $1 per doughnut and they are the size of a Roosevelt Nickel! Back in my day, you paid 1 Roosevelt Nickel for a full sized doughnut! Oh, how times have changed. The Great War really took a drastic toll on this once great country, and doughnuts have suffered more than most.... My late wife Gertrude and I met over a steaming coffee and proper Yorkshire doughnuts, and this place is a disgrace to my memory of her. On behalf of Dapper Doughnut, I apologize to you my sweet, supple Gertrude. May you rest easy in the stars and never see the horror that is Dapper Doughnut!
Employees were completely uninterested in providing any sort of assistance or even acknowledging our presence. It was as if we were inconveniencing them by being there. The lack of professionalism was evident in their disheveled appearances and careless attitudes.Not only was the service terrible, but the overall atmosphere was unpleasant.Furthermore, the absence of any on-site management was glaringly obvious. It felt like a ship without a captain, with employees left to their own devices. There was no one to address our concerns or complaints, leaving us feeling frustrated and unheard.It's truly disheartening to witness such a lack of care and dedication in a business. As customers, we expect to be treated with respect and receive quality service. Unfortunately, this place failed on both accounts.I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration. There are plenty of other places that value their customers and take pride in providing exceptional service.
