"The website says they are open until 12 am. We were in the drive thru at 8 pm and they told us they weren't serving ice cream. Only Dunkin. They were serving coffee at 8 pm on a Friday night but not ice cream?"

"I went to Dunkin Donuts at BWI D gate and the line was so long but by the time I got close to the counter I saw the interaction that the server had with each customer. He was friendly and professional. He smiled and pleasantly asked what he could get for me. I told him that he was doing a great job because his service was great. He knew there was a long line but he still treated everyone like valued customers which makes a huge difference, in my opinion. It was his attitude that impressed me enough to give a 5 star review. Some of the other stores in the terminal could learn a lesson from that associate."

"They never have any of their listed items. One of their workers is very difficult to understand, and is also rude. I even called ahead of time for an item once, to ensure they had the flavor in different varieties. And still, once I placed my order, it took 20 or 30 minutes, and a driver already outside waiting; for them to let me know they don't have it."
