I went to Dunkin Donuts at BWI D gate and the line was so long but by the time I got close to the counter I saw the interaction that the server had with each customer. I stood on the counter for 5 minutes while I chose my selection. No big deal, but the employee didn't even recognize my presence. I courteously ordered, then I got an eye role because I interrupted her game that she plays on her phone. I got a second eye role when I requested an entrance for travel expenses.
