"Herr Meyer makes a good German style bread and offers many different cold cuts and sausages. He told me that he is not using artificial flavor enhancers and that his meat terrines are based on healthy recipes. He had a health scare in the past and studied healthy foods, which knowledge he incorporated in his offerings. The kids beg us for a visit to Meyer's each time they visit from the States. I also see lots of locals there on a regular basis. That pretty much says it all. We also like to go there for a late nite snack. He's got some rustic German style tables outside and everyone working there is really nice. Herr Meyer is from my neck of the woods in Germany and if you ask him nicely, he'll bake you a special German loaf once a month. We freeze it and enjoy it all month long...."
