"Usually great service; however today, October 19th about 8:18 am, the outer door as usual was unlocked but the inner door leading to the lobby was locked from what I could see there were at least 5 employees, no need for them to be locked today, theywere not short staffed, and many fast food or drive up windows don't accept customer orders from those on foot. Needless to sayone very highly irritated prospective customer here, and I'm a regular customer."

"Their iced coffee is decent, the power breakfast sandwiches are awesome! The espresso shots are hit or miss (I assume depending on the barista), it does come out tasting quite bitter sometimes. I always order my sandwiches with no cheese, and sometimes they mess that up, but it's a drive thru place.. what do you expect! Overall, usually a lovely experience."

"In my opinion, Best Coffee EVER. Reasonably priced with good sizes to choose from. I am grateful for the non-dairy milk options for coffee. The Timbits are perfect little donut holes and even if you eat a whole box you don't feel like you've overindulged too much. : The other bakery items are yummy too."
