"They don’t care if you are in line. They keep the drive through some what going, but if you come inside then you are going to wait for at least 15 to 20 minutes for your meal to be served. No one is ready to take your order. Workers walking around aimlessly. Only two people working the one on the drive through window and the one fulfilling the drive through orders. Even they are told to pull over to the front and one person running the order out. 7 people working but actually only 2 people doing the work. The rest standing around or walking around chatting with each other. After me asking for ketchup many time and no one answering me I got loud and then others said something and it got things moving. I got three packets of ketchup for two burger and fries. Very disappointing service and rude servers. After getting my food, they gave me the wrong stuff. No sauce no lettuce, it was like they did not have the time to even do this."

"Always enjoy charcoal pit. It's one of those places I haven't been to in years but always think about. For my wife's first taste I got us a couple of the bison burgers and milkshakes. Always money well spent. This is one of the few places I know where I can get bison burgers, correction, one of the few places I know I can get good bison burgers. Big beefy burgers cooked just as we ordered them and every bite was great."
