"It's pretty good! I got the Brisketburger and it was super delicious. I also have the smashed pommes, I like the wort they put on them. The only reason it is not 5 stars because it is a bit expensive for the portion sizes you get. I was just a little hungry with a double brisket big combo for a little over 20 dollars. Was delicious and the staff was cool."

"This place really started well with great tasting burgers and good customer service, but since then their service levels and food quality have constantly declined. Management, please clear the place and make it great again. Parking here is very difficult as there are many shops and small restaurants that make it very difficult to park or even drive."

"I always feel like Smashburger could be great, but doesn't quite hit the mark. Both Smash fries and sweet potato fries have a tendency to be on the stale side. I am not sure if that is because we always get them to go, or if they are generally like that. It is nice that they have a sweet potato option. The flavors on both are strong. Burgers had a crispy char on the edges. Some of the edges remain crisp in transport, others become more stale. The Truffle Mushroom Swiss burger has an earthy and garlicky flavor. It is the most consistently flavorful. The Spicy Baja with Guac did not have the spice or flavor I was expecting. The only spice I got, was when I bit into the fresh jalapenos. It had more of a fatty beef flavor, and texture overall. Kid's meals have the option of ordering milk as the drink. They are on par with fast food children's options."

"Had the best experience here tonight! My husband and I had initially come to Chipotle next door for dinner, and afterwards we figured we would stop by SB for a shake on our way back to the car. We had a lovely conversation with the staff who greeted us as soon as we came in the door. After expressing my dietary concerns, Stephen suggested a few flavor combinations for the ball-and-chain and I. He put so much effort into the presentation of a simple shake and it looked absolutely amazing. It may seem silly to rave about an ice-cream shake but it was the care, candor and consideration that went along with it. Just before we left, we found out that he was actually the general manager for this location. It’s not often that you see a GM assisting patrons, let alone working an order. It was just a special experience, one which my husband and I will be repeating again. You can tell it is a good environment when the restaurant is clean and the employees are happy and working as a team. Thank you guys, we will absolutely be back on another impromptu date night!"
