"Very disappointed today….we drove from Springfield MO and searched out Smashburger to eat on our way to Texas. I called first to make sure they were open and the voice recording said they were helping dine-in guests. “Ok, so that means they’re open!”, I thought. After missing the exit due to construction we went out of our way to circle back around only to arrive to a locked door. No sign on the door with the reason for closing and no update on the Facebook page. Very frustrating!!! Additionally, I’m not a fan of posting negative reviews and would much rather contact the manager or business directly but the messaging option is not on."

"We love smashburger. Their grilled chicken sandwich is delicious, and it's my favorite. The burgers are delicious. The sides are delicious. The milkshakes are also delicious! Now, I think their prices are a little bit high... but if you join the rewards program they do give you free food and money off coupons and things so that makes it worth it."
