"If you need to close the lobby due to short staffing, you need the have a way for customers who went through the drive thru to get their orders fixed. At least put a contact number on the sign that was on the door or a bell, I am not going to wait in the drive thru again to get my stuff you forgot, while the rest of my meal becomes cold and wasted."

"Nice staff...lots of teenagers and regular turn over. The fries are ALWAYS HOT! The food is consistent and what you expect for a Wendy's. The breakfast items are really greasy and dry. I am not sure how you can have both greasy and dry but the 2 times I tried breakfast there it was not worth finishing. The cold brew frosty mix drink is absolutely delicious. I just wish they had a caramel flavor add on."

"The food was excellent at this location in Hazel Dell! I had the Honey Walnut Shrimp, Sweetfire Chicken breast, with yakasobi noodles. Very delicious! Not hot or spicy, the sweet peppers only give it the smallest amount of warmth. If you are looking for spicy try Kung Pau chicken. My entrees provided me both sweet and savory (and filling) portions! My friend had the Green Bean Chicken breast and pork fried rice and absolutely loved it. Everything was fresh! I recommend it and will be back. The photos don't do the real thing justice. You just have to go in and try it for yourself!"
