This is usually my go-to place for food whenever I'm at the mall. Sometimes it takes a little while to wait for my meal to get finished here, especially during busier times, but I've never personally had a problem with poor service here. The flavor does taste a bit more rushed than in other teriyaki places, but I find it addictive and enjoyable, especially when I get beef with fried rice. View all feedback.
What Chris Thomas doesn't like about Express Japan:
Double meat means double meat. We pay for this. Double meat is not half scoop. How dare you express Japan?Train your people to do better with the money we pay.Fix this issue. Double meat is double meat. Not half an extra scoop. Double meat means just that. Do better. View all feedback.

The employees here are always kind and courteous. The food is my favorite teriyaki in Clark County. If you get the chance to check them out, do so!
Surprisingly good (it’s mall sushi! and extremely low prices
Getting so expensive. 17.37 for a chicken soba with double chicken. I don't go to very often. But I remember when it use to be 2 bucks for double chicken. And now they also charge for a side of hot sauce.Food is good though.Staff can be more friendlier, act like they care at least.
Express Japan is my favorite stores in the food court. Hands down the best food, great service too.
