"Their seafood was spot on!! Hits: The shrimp, snow crab clusters were fresh and sausage really hit the spot. Plenty of outdoor seating which was also pet friendly. Misses: potatoes corn were not as cooked as I would've like. The staff for the night 10/11/21 were a bit snippy and lacked professionalism the willingness to do their job well (ie when they checked up on us it seemed more like a chore, we asked for take away boxes had gotten them... when it was time for us to leave we had to ask for a bag to carry said boxes). I want to give them 5 stars for the food but with the lack of genuine TLC 4 will have to do."

"Their security procedure and lack of communication about a situation in the hotel (still not sure what happened) caused mass panic and for all of my coworkers and I to believe there was an active shooter. They didn’t let us enter the hotel, so we had to stay out in the open at the pool. Once they did let us in the hotel, no one knew what the situation was and their plan was to just put us all in one room. It’s a nice resort, but that experience put a huge damper on our whole stay."

"Stuck in Mickey-land for a convention, a group of us were looking for a Sunday brunch spot. Oscar's at the Waldorf sounded like what we wanted and off we went. Although I'm not a lover of buffets, this one looked amazing, with more variety than usual, including a smoked salmon bar, prosciutto bar and honey dripping from a honeycomb! There were a lot of family's with kids, so it was a bit noisy, but that didn't really detract...everything the group of 4 tried, we loved. Only 2 things that were a little strange were that the cost of the buffet only included Mimosas, not Bloody Marys and there were no Eggs Benedict on the buffet??What impressed me most though was the commitment to making the customer happy. When I got to the salmon bar, it was empty, although two staff members I asked told me it would be restocked. When I mentioned it to our waiter, he came back and said they'd run out, which was disappointing. The manager came over an apologized, said they'd even sent over to the next door Hikton but they were out til Monday...not what I wanted to hear. 15 minutes later the manager appeared with a plate heaped with the best smoked salmon I've had in a long time....THAT is service."

"Horrible experience booked a reservation for this place on Monday after getting engaged. We got two phone calls asking for confirmation which we said we were coming. The day of the reservation I got three text saying our table was almost ready. We showed up to the place and it was closed.. I don’t know it’s even an option to get a reservation while the place is closed. Completely ruined our night we ended up eating at a buffet. Happy engagement to us!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!"
