"I ate an incredible box. She was perfect, I always dream of it. I started at the counter and both servers were busy with me. I came back for dinner. I was treated like a queen. Great atmosphere and goodness! I loved this place, we feel like going to friends!"

"From the outside, this place looked pretty standard and small. When we went in, it was much larger, almost like a cellar look with seats descending past a large long bar. The atmosphere was loud and cheery, with most people ordering food. However, some people at the front were just enjoying drinks.The food came very well presented, but I have just one thing to say - Cote de Boeuf! We ordered it to share between two of us, and it appeared on a board with smallest of salad garnishes, but my god did it taste good. A whole board of beef. Just beef. Cooked to perfection. YES!"

"This restaurant can be truly magical with superb food on offer, excellent top quality wines and perfect frendly service. However yesterday evening proved to be very disappointing due to the rather boring fish course of 3 small portions of steamed under cooked fish wish tasted of nothing. we told the waitress what we thought and she didn't like it one bit. She began a tirade of insulting remarks telling us that this fish was exactly what she had described to us previously when ordering but a fish which is the same colour of tuna when cooked is not a white fish in my experience. Not content with telling us off once she returned again to have the very last word. She was totally rude and out of order for she was only a waitress and we were guests. She spoke only in French to Eric so I didn't understand exactly what she said but her face was like thunder she reminded me of a frustrated spinster teaching a class of terrified students. I shall find out who she is and make a formal complaint to the senior management. All the other staff were pleasant and friendly but my tummy was tied up in knots after her nasty tirade that my meal was totally ruined.I would also like to point out that when being shown to a table away from a good sea view were told that the table in front of us was not available. Why then did not one person sit at this table when we were dining?Get your act together Senior management or we will be going elsewhere in future when in Biarritz"

"Le Sin is one of my favorite places in Biarritz. The modern design and the environment is very unique, the building turns into waves as part of the ocean. The food is complex and draws from Basque and modern kitchens, offers various ways to modernize a local specialty, or to enjoy a completely new concept with local ingredients. I love to go there for sunset, as you know what this location and food are able to offer. I should add that the employees (two of them are the owners) are excellent. Enjoy!"

"Booked this restaurant based on all the great tripadvisor reviews and we were not disappointed. They don't take bookings by email, so I rang up to book in my best french, was advised that all they had left was a high table overlooking the kitchen,...I really wanted to try it so didn't mind this at all. In fact it turned out a lovely experience as it was like looking at an artist at work looking at head chef preparing all the dishes. Would recommend you book in advance as it's a small restaurant and very popular. You won't be disappointed the food is amazing!"
