"Love this bar and so did our doggies Ordered a Mojito and Espresso Martini even they are not on the cocktail list. Unfortunately they don't do liquor coffees. Very friendly and you can sit outside if you want to. On a side street. Worth a visit especially if you have your dogs with you."

"I would have liked to give this nice looking pub a review, but sadly did not get that far as the hostility of the woman who greeted me with a surly you have to wear a mask before entering (top tip, I know, I was...about to put my mask on and....how about a hi, how are you? No chance with Ms Grumpy. I don't want to get into a long one here and i know pubs are finding it difficult, but COVID or no virus you need to look out for your customers. This young woman was surly and rude to the point of being offensive. I was made to feel exceptionally unwelcome. So I left while she was pouring the pint of Guinness I was actually looking forward to drinking and popped to the Greys, which is immediately opposite and is SO much friendlier. This goose has been cooked. I'm a Greys man every time in future"

Amazing food always presented with care, attentive staff and a lovely relaxed environment. Tony and his team should be very proud of what they have achieved there. Can’t fault a single thing. "On days when I'm in town and I need a bit of a boost, I'll head to the juice bar. It's not something I buy too often as they are quite pricey (around £5 a juice) but I guess it is convenient, because making your own juices can be a pretty laborious task. I usually opt for anything with pineapple, passionfuit and orange, and get an extra shot of wheatgrass for 50p. The servings are pretty large so that's a plus side. You can actually see the juices being made so you can be sure there's no junk going in there I've seen some places in town cheat by putting OJ in with the juices which kind of defeats the object of being healthy as it's full of added sugar? You can be sure you're getting 100% whole pieces of fruit being juiced in to your drink."
