Whenever we come down to Brighton we make sure we go to The Geese. Amazing food, friendly staff and a great atmosphere. They have been sticking to the guidelines and advice given by the government but in a manner that doesn’t feel like you are...being herded like cattle. Our favourite pub in Brighton with the best roasts in Sussex, possibly in England! Definitely a must if you are in Brighton! read more.

Yes it is strange times and crazy busy, but we felt hurried, harried and unwelcome. The music was loud and intrusive, also. And the roast: great veg, ok tatties, good meat, poor yorkshires. Puddings v average and NO COFFEE! Try the Sir Charles Napier instead,...just up southover. Always get a table, v good roast, quiet music and friendlier staff by far. read more.
