"A large selection of drinks with baguettes, paninis and cakes or brownies as well as other tasty. we love it here and tend to give each other good certificates for birthdays for painting or decoupling in the shop. they also supply kits for children parties to take at a reasonable price after home. a varied selection of pots and objects to paint, they either take off on a day or on 2 or they will post them on them. there is something for every age and talent. the personal is always friendly and helpful and there is always a good atmosphere. worth a visit!"

"This retreat is led by Maddie, who as well as an amazing guide on retreat, is also an extremely good cook! I went to the Deep Heart Retreat, the Saturday to Thursday was with the opportunity to stay another night for a small fee. The base and the accomodation is a rental house with a beautiful garden and magnificent sea views. Maddie also has the Rose Shrine nearby. The schedule included two group meetings per day, starting on Sunday morning and ending with the last session Thursday morning. There was an indoor meeting per day and one in the sanctuary. Maddie took us through simple meditation techniques and shared tips to live with compassion at the moment. I don't want to go too much detail as everyone has their own journey, but in summary, really good. All meals and healthy snacks and hot drinks are included. Breakfast is itself serving cereals, toast etc., plus Maddie's house made delicious granola, yogurts and fruits. Lunch was either home prepared soup or baked potatoes with fresh bread and fresh salad etc. Dinners were, for example, Shepherdess lens cake, green and side salad. Light pudding after dinner. There are outdoor sessions that include a low radiation, and the guest house and Rose Sanctuary have some steps. I recommend this retreat to relax and recharge, and find some space for yourself."

"I like costa as it got a chilled mood. I always have a filter coffee like him warm and come with a small child to drink him quickly. the toast is also in costa I like the small spreads they have done with it. there are many food for vegans, so it is a good place to go. they could have smaller cakes, etc. for small children do as they can not eat so large amounts."
