"Ordered a takeaway. Phoned ahead to order to collect, a very friendly lady answered the phone and took down our order, and gave us a mins wait which was spot on. The food was great, particularly the Lamb Vindaloo, Chicken Tikka Pasanda, Chicken Tikka...Masala, Chicken Murkhani and Salmon. The butter chicken sauce seemed to have split, as the cream had risen to the top and was a touch watery when stirred in. But all the other dishes were incredible. We ordered some onion bhajis but unfortunately they were missing when we opened the bag, otherwise this would have been"

"Fantastic! Happened across this little gem on Easter Sunday. The landlord and waitress were extremely friendly and helpful. We ordered the Sunday lunch, which was really tasty and generous in size. They even went out of their way to specially prepare a vegan dessert for my wife, as we booked our table a few hours in advance. Fantastic little place with lots of old charm which also has a cosy open fireplace. Food drinks: Brilliant! Service: 5"
