"Tasty Vietnamese foods and drinks in a cozy atmosphere. I had not expected to find such a nice restaurant as a neighboring restaurant. there are many possibilities, from and I liked the fact that the menu had pictures for each dish, if they were not familiar with them. I had an appetizer, suppe and dessert that were all tasty, but the spring rolls were exquisite probably the best I ever had."

"We were finally happy to have found such a nice location near our home to bring the guest that often visit us and really were looking forward to the nice looking food. Then the waitress came and asked us in a polite way to tell the children not to play but rather sit on their chairs. I politely told her that i will try, but can not promise that because I would never force my children to SIT as adults or even worse, give them a phone to watch some youtube, just because they don 't like children. The waitress said that they would disturb the guests outside while running, even though there was just a couple at the table and they never said anything. Long story short, the waitress told us 3 times that the children should stop playing and at the end, the manager/owner came and tried to explain again while saying that the wooden chairs would cost 600 CHF a chair and once a child broke a glass so they don 't like children to play inside or outside. SHE EVEN SAID THEY SHOULD PLAY ON THE STREET BECAUSE it is a 30 KMH zone so there is no danger. At the end she literally invited us to never come back again because maybe this is not the right restaurant for us ... really sad cause the food and ambience are very nice but parents with free children, think of the story above before going there and if you go, prepare your iphone to make them sit in front of it. I am sure the manager will read this so I am writing to her again what i nicely told her: If you ever wish to have children and will have them, think of what you told to me when you go in a restaurant. "I am beyond disappointed with this restaurant. I don’t understand the good reviews. I went there for my 5 year anniversary, we barely go to restaurants so we were excited to go to this one as it had such good reviews and a Michelin star. We ordered the menu, costs 90 per person 25 pp with the wagyu option. First off, the a la carte options are so varied and looks like they have maybe nice things. And since we got the menu, we were expecting something nice as well, the chefs choice and all, huge mistake. The first foods arrive and it’s mainly tasteless chunks of cucumber, half a onion, a miso soup that only tasted like chicken stock and the wagyu party, which consists in 1 nigiri with a thin slice of wagyu (was missing salt as they don’t give you soy sauce) and 1 meatball filled with mozzarella (which tasted like normal meat and it was dry- So you pay 25 for those 2 pieces, not worth it). Anyway, this was the first round of food. The next round of food consisted of 1 bowl full of Brussel sprouts, more than 10, and on top some bonito flakes. Just that… just brussel sprouts in our table and nothing else. Ok, after a while they came and took the brussel sprouts in order to bring the next thing on the menu. The next thing on the menu was almost half an EGGPLANT on top of a bunch of rice, and the eggplant was cold. This eggplant dish was very bad and we started to feel bad for paying that much money just to eat VEGETABLES, and not only that, because you can make good vegetables like gyoza and spring rolls, tempura, etc. We couldn’t believe that we wasted that much money to celebrate our 5th anniversary in such a bad restaurant. We asked them to stop our menu right there, they charged us 70 instead of 90, plus the 25 ofc. So in the end we ended up paying 95 per person to eat some very bad vegetables and tasteless food and 2 pieces of wagyu that’s weren’t even good. I don’t know if the a la carte is better, must be because at least you are picking the things you like, but STAY AWAY from the chefs menu. It’s much better to spend that same 95 or 115 getting things on the a la carte. Anyway, I would like to tell the restaurant that they ruined our 5 year anniversary dinner, you make us feel so bad for spending that much money in such a poor experience. Made me very sad to say the least."

"Dropped by with my GF on a saturday 14:30 o 'clock (12.11.22 . Waited over 60 Min to get the burgers (the place was half full, so no excuse for that . The Burgers arrived and they were really bad. The meat was cold, the cheese was not molten and fries were ice cold and not properly fried. The starter (avocade Tomate Salad costed a whopping 8. Swissies was too small and no taste at all. The excuse of the waitress was that two new cooks were working, one of them was also a waiter and the other one was an apprentice with 16 years of age. But she mentioned that it is not because of money saving reasons. Yeah right! Sorry The Buther Team. Bad Service, Bad Food and flipping a coin in our own pocket instead of making customers happy with a nice meal brings you only bad critics. 60 Minutes of waiting for a really bad burger and ice cold fries is just a no go. Wish we had more Customer Service driven thinking here in Switzerland. By the way that specific saturday a lot of others customers just left the table after waiting over 60 Min. We were at least so nice and stayed till the bad burgers and the even worse fries arrived. From my part The Butcher is out. Kind regards"

"This caffe looks sweet and stylish. they have good baked and some croissants for snacks. I ordered chai latte what was good. but when I came here, it was kind of crowded and I went back to the back, which was a little loud with the machine. wifi is kind of slow. it is good for easy tasks. I think."
