"The worst service we have experienced in a long time. It ruined our evening. The manager has not made us known as guests and our server has dropped 2 hours. We had to ask for each article several times from the beginning to the end. It was so laborious. The food is delicious, but warm wine, long waits for water and more glasses and then desert and then the bill took its toll. The toilet is not on the grounds either. Nothing like the other St. John. We will certainly not return. The manager asked me to email my concerns and as expected, she ignored my email."
