"A very good time spent in this school restaurant at the Hôtelier high school. Since we entered the school until we left, we were taken by the students! It was a very good time! The dishes were excellent a farandole of taste in the dishes ... to simply say a gastro at the price of a good bistro!level at the price, it remains quite suitable in view of the quality of the dishes think to well book the room is not great!!"

"Do not rely on the purple neon above the entrance. honestly, I got scared when I saw the front façade the first time! But the door past, the frame is superb, the presentation of the meat is not about it! a small intimist interior patio is top and delightful to biarritz! It's the 3rd time I'm going and never disappointed! in a couple with family or friends...The cooking of meat made with wood fire by the boss is excellent! at the service a smiling and impeccable waitress and a charming boss! late service, which is not to be so sorry because tjs is late! then a tip if you're looking for a good address to eat good meat, don't hesitate to go! I recommend the beef rib or the beautiful bull coast! A treat! Very fast!"

"We got he pork ribs from the regular menu and they were way too much for us to eat I think the portion on the menu of the day is a bit smaller. But the food was great as was the service. I heartily recommend this place, especially if you are hungry."

"From the outside, this place looked pretty standard and small. When we went in, it was much larger, almost like a cellar look with seats descending past a large long bar. The atmosphere was loud and cheery, with most people ordering food. However, some people at the front were just enjoying drinks.The food came very well presented, but I have just one thing to say - Cote de Boeuf! We ordered it to share between two of us, and it appeared on a board with smallest of salad garnishes, but my god did it taste good. A whole board of beef. Just beef. Cooked to perfection. YES!"

"Delightful experience totally merits it’s Michelin star. Small intimate restaurant, a little off the beaten track in Biarritz. Lovely modern decor, impeccable service. Menu is limited as expected for the 30 or so covers, with great ingredients and an interesting twist on on local...dishes. A la carte will set you back a bit, but there is a tasting menu which is fantastic value for the quality of the cuisine Heartily recommended"

"This restaurant can be truly magical with superb food on offer, excellent top quality wines and perfect frendly service. However yesterday evening proved to be very disappointing due to the rather boring fish course of 3 small portions of steamed under cooked fish wish tasted of nothing. we told the waitress what we thought and she didn't like it one bit. She began a tirade of insulting remarks telling us that this fish was exactly what she had described to us previously when ordering but a fish which is the same colour of tuna when cooked is not a white fish in my experience. Not content with telling us off once she returned again to have the very last word. She was totally rude and out of order for she was only a waitress and we were guests. She spoke only in French to Eric so I didn't understand exactly what she said but her face was like thunder she reminded me of a frustrated spinster teaching a class of terrified students. I shall find out who she is and make a formal complaint to the senior management. All the other staff were pleasant and friendly but my tummy was tied up in knots after her nasty tirade that my meal was totally ruined.I would also like to point out that when being shown to a table away from a good sea view were told that the table in front of us was not available. Why then did not one person sit at this table when we were dining?Get your act together Senior management or we will be going elsewhere in future when in Biarritz"
