When I first came through, everyone ascended me with a joy of discovery. when "small chef" took my order, she showed these core aspects of her culture, as I used my limited Thai language, the smile was all Thai, and I knew I returned. then, eat. true thai! taste, presentation, perfect! the best I had recently, and yes, I hope to come back. a family restaurant, from the best traditions and taste Thais. aroy mak mak. ahan-ta-lae kob khun aroy mak. recommended"

"My brother's family and my family had a wonderful meal on Saturday night. We were in a side room of this awesome Resteraunt. The atmosphere was private, comfortable and welcoming. The kids were not an issue.....especially when the food arrived! My 12 year old "gourmet" son - won't even look at the kids menu at Daniel's - loved the scollops....his "last meal" before he goes to high school....so he described it. As for the adults, not a thing is left on the plates. The prawn and salmon pancake can only be described as delicious. Never had anything like that before. The presentation was only exceeded by the taste. What an entree! I've never eaten sides on dishes that are so fresh. The rocket, beans and cucumbers for example taste as though Daniel has just picked them from his garden out the back as he prepared our meal. This sums up all the food. Fresh, tasty and made to please and enchant the tastebuds. We all left happy, having enjoyed the atmosphere and food provided by this gem of a resteraunt. We will be back!"

"I've tried Thai restaurants all over NSW these past few years. @Roi Thai serves far better food than any other Thai restaurant in NSW I've been to except one, and they share 1st place on my list. We had the Hor Mok Talay (mixed seafood curry), prawn Pad See Ew, and chicken fried rice. The flavours of the curry were beautifully combined and balanced, the Pad See Ew was caramelized better than any other, and the fried rice was perfectly balanced.And the service was prompt and friendly.I'll be visiting here again any time I'm within 20km of Pokolbin, and so should you!"
