"Website for the booking was very user friendly. As one approached the appointment, emails reminder on the booking, as well as the day after the meal. A very nice touch I thought. The restaurant opened exactly 1800h and from that moment everything was top notch. The menu was explained to us from the start. All the dishes were melting in your mouth stuff, from the Wagyu Beef Tataki to the Tiramisu. For me personally the grilled duck was wow. My only disappointment was size of the dish and hence a four stars. Great food, great services but small dish size."

"A nice little restaurant tucked away on Scarborough Beach Road near Coogee St in Mt Hawyhorn. Drinks service a little slow and only a choice of four beers, however this was offset by the lovely dinner. Each of the four of us had something different - duck, Osso Bucco,lamb shoulder and fish (red emperor) and all commented on how nice it was. And the good part was that you could have a sensible conversation without loud background music. A little on the pricey side however these days it is hard to find a quiet venue with nice food - so this was a welcome change for us."

"Went to Samari's Restaurant in Mt Hawthorn. Food was delicious and we had plenty of dishes to share. This restaurant is also listed in the Entertainment Book which gives you some discount. The seating was tight, the restaurant wasn't busy. Wine glasses are automatically set up at the table and it's BYO. They charged us per wine glass even though several of us didn't drink alcohol. It then worked out to be about $7 per bottle which is a bit excessive. Food came out quickly. Recommend the lettuce cups and Cambodian beef sticks. Chilli salt and pepper squid was very nice. Lout Char with beef, green curry, cashew nut chicken were all yum. Would go back again as the food was great."

"Nice place for a casual catch up with friends and family. Restaurant has a nice feel a about it. Service wasn't that bad either. As for the food, I found all of it really nice. Had pretty much all of what was on offer as there were 4 of us. Didn't really need a desert but had to do it. Got the snickers in a glass and OMG....don't order that extra meal/share plate. Make sure you save room for the snickers in a glass............it will not disappoint if this is your favourite little munch."

"We met friends at this restaurant in Oxford Street and although quite unassuming from the outside it was a fabulous surprise inside. The atmosphere was set with loads of flags and thai decor and the gorgeous wind chimes tinkling away in the breeze adding to the oriental atmosphere. The menu was extensive and the service was charming, prompt and helpful. We enjoyed a range of dishes and they were all delicious, without exception. Generous in size and coming out fresh and hot quite quickly after we had ordered. There was a cover charge for our bottle of bubbly but the waiter bought out chilled champagne glasses, a nice touch and adding to the occasion. We really enjoyed ourselves here and promised to return, especially after we paid the bill, such fantastic value for money.....five dishes plus rice and corkage and less than thirty dollars a head! We will definitely return here again soon."
