"My family and I had the most wonderful experience at 100 Maneiras. It was fine dining that didn't take itself too seriously, but did take our enjoyment vey seriously. It was lovely, yet non pretentious. The food was exquisite I'm still thinking about some of the things we ate. The service was exceptional, surprising, and had a sense of humor. Overall 10 of 10."

"We came here to try out this new restaurant and the experience was top notch (we ordered the Chef experience for 20€ The staff was very polite and explained everything in detail. The fish was fresh and varied (eel, salmon, tuna, scallop, oyster.. and each piece was unique. The presentation itself was another winner. Will definitely come back, Recommended!"

"I chose this restaurant specifically for the ramen. I thought the locations was ideal and cozy atmosphere that felt authentic. We ordered the tonkotsu ramen and the tonkatsu kare. Before the meal arrived we chit chatted with the staff and they were very polite. Just before the food arrived the waitor who was obviously sick and should have stayed home to rest, had a visibly running nose that dripped onto the counter. He proceeded to blow his nose with paper. He touched about 10 surfaces and then took out the garbage across the street. He retured and directly went to the service and to then bring us our food (he directly touched my spoon). At no point did he take a moment to wash his hands. We saw everything as we sat at the bar. Hygiene needs to be a top priority, there was no excuse especially since the restaurant was not even full and it was early into dinner service. Hand washing is important for all staff. Otherwise the food was okay, the ramen did not have enough broth or noodles."

"We had the most amazing dinner here. We got here 15 minutes before closing but they still seated us. We had to order quickly but the water made some really great recommendations. We love sushi and have great fish back home, but the salmon here was just amazing. We loved the salmon carpaccio and the special cinnamon smoked salmon bites. The two rolls we ordered were also delicious. We couldn’t stay for dessert but I’m glad to have had a very satisfying meal here."
