What filmg doesn't like about 100 Maneiras:
More of an art installation than a restaurant, presentation is very creative. Service is good, though they go on too long with the descriptions and the chef’s personal history lesson is not needed. Food is OK, but should be better. Dried mealworms, anyone? Yes, we were served that. The wine flights are well chosen. In the end, a high end restaurant should be about creative flavor combinations.
