Soft and full of flavor.The Dragon Roll was good but lacked the unagi flavor with the eel.The Pink Lady was fairly plain and the wife mentioned the King Kong roll has and a sweet/creamy complexion that didn't blend well together.Service was fantastic. Overall, I came here for the Chashu pork and loved it. Everything else was good but not extraordinary ?"

"While we were on holiday from the state of WA, after a Google search we went to nearby restaurants from the Hilton to this restaurant. The reviews have not been disappointed; the service was as excellent as the food. There is a quite diverse sushi menu and it was quite expensive. Very fresh and tasty prepared."

By the way, Gen in Sushi Gen is read like ghen, not jen. I like this place a lot, but if I were to nit-pick, the 6 dollar parking and the 1 main dish per 1 guest requirement would be the con."

"The MOA hotel is a bit run down, not very fancy, but the food speaks for itself. The staff was great and one thing that really stood out was their general knowledge of the menu. The service was quick and attentive. Pasta was cooked perfectly; The sauce was better than expected and the salad was fresh with a mixed selection of vegetables ... I would go back! FYI /// Skip the bruschetta, not very well !!! It is made with grilled bread (not Gallic) cold grilled onion and sausage or cheese ..."
