"I made the reservation to try dims, but they didn't offer it when we came. Food was just ok. Servers didn't know much about preparation of food, type of fish in entrees and anything else we asked. I guess there might have been a language barrier. Anyway, I wouldn't drive out to come here. It's like any other fine dining Chinese restaurant anywhere in the city."

"Really enjoyed dim sum here. It has all the standard selections you would expect and everything was delicious. Service was super prompt and they never let your tea pot go lower than halfway. Recommend going here early when they open to avoid crowds."

"Really good American/Cantonese Chinese food comparable to Lee Wing Wah et al. The owners used to own New Star in Elmwood Park. If you used to eat there like 10 years ago and miss how that food used to be, try Evergreen. It's like eating at NewStar back in the day before it turned into some weird fusion restaurant and the quality went downhill."
