"Yong Kee is a popular stall at ABC Brickworks hawker centre. The unassuming stall is a perennial favourite among cab drivers and night owls for its lengthy opening hours from 8am in the morning to 2am in the wee hours.<br/ <br/ The stall offers two types of noodles Bak Chor Mee or minced pork noodles and He Wan Mee or fish ball noodles. The fish ball Mee Pok (something you can ONLY find in Singapore) is probably something I missed a lot. The springy flat egg noodles, mixed with pork lard, sambal chilli and fish sauce, is simply a gift from god. The fish balls, handmade at the corner of the stall every morning, was springy and exudes everything fishy."

"This is one of my favourite wan tan mee in Singapore. This outlet’s wan tan mee falls in the category which is not coated with black sauce, but is relatively clear. You get a slight coating of red because of the savoury chilli sauce. There is also an option where the stall owner adds additional fried lard pieces on top. After mixing well, each stand of noodle will be generously coated with sauce. You do not get a sense where the gravy flows off the noodles as the sauce is thick. The wan tans are also meaty. Be prepared for a slight wait as the stall is popular. You get a number and you collect when it is ready. Much better system than queuing in line and waiting."

"Really nice Hong Style Cha Can Teng experience. 3 Egg Noodles with luncheon was sinful bliss. Chicken instead of Tomato soup base. Flavorful and medium mouthfeel. Polo Bun Scrambled Eggs with Chicken cutlet. Fantastic ! Scrambled eggs had a hint of milk , cutlet was fried perfectly with out tasting too heavy on the oil. Polo bun was their signature so cant go wrong with this!"

"Tried Ebiko Prawn Paste Shrimp Ramen and it was great. Generous amount of prawn paste, noodles were cooked perfectly, broth was amazing. The portion was quite big, couldnt finish the noodles but the soup was really flavourful managed to drink it clean. Very hearty bowl of ramen and will highy recommend. Was not crowded on a weekday night!"
