"Food tasted great, not over seasoned and everything was fresh. We got the Mongolian beef, vegetable dish, fried rice and honey walnut prawns. Nice tender and not fatty beef, love that the sauce for the prawns was on the side they were not overly breaded so they had a nice little crunch. Overall super happy and satisfied."

"The first time I ate Pho Hoa and I would definitely come back! I ordered the Vermicelli bowl with Bbq pork and fried egg roll. And the Vietnamese ice cream coffee, totaling $19.51. It was delicious and fresh. However, the amount of noodles and pork was on the small side compared to other Vietnamese restaurants where we ate. The interior of the restaurant is modern and very clean. There are also many outdoor seating."

"Clean environment. I am surprised at the many detailed photos. It’s a Vietnamese restaurant in a Chinese populated area so it’s understandable. Parking was easy. 4 stars is for over all before tasting."

"Fantastic Bengali Egg Devil (2 Pcs) and Calcutta Style Vegetable Cutlet (2 Pcs) CHICKEN CHOWMEIN was amazing! It had a slight hint of mustard oil. It was oily and perfect just like it should be. The Chicken Egg Roll were a slight let down in terms of flavor. Chicken was very scanty in all 3 of them. We could mainly taste the wrap with veggies without getting any burst of flavor from the chicken."

"Yikes how does this place have 4.5 stars? Maybe I ordered the wrong things..? To begin, we ordered spicy garlic chicken but got the spicy garlic shrimp instead. They fry the shrimp with the shell on. I personally dislike the texture of shrimp shells but the shells were very difficult to take off and the shrimp also lost a lot of the flavor when separated. The shrimp meat itself was also dry and stringy . The noodles in our pho were overcooked and the rare beef came EXTREMELY well-done.. The broth was underwhelming. I can think of many pho spots, especially in the San Jose area, that go far above and beyond what this place had to offer."
