Noodle Boss - Milpitas

What Tony B likes about Noodle Boss:
Thought the food and service were very good. Had the garlic shrimp but in my opinion they would have been better if peeled prior to cooking. Tasted good though. We had their unique egg roll and it was decent. For me there wasn't much taste involved but the texture and what I did taste was good. She had a shaken beef over dry noodles. Yikes how does this place have 4.5 stars? Maybe I ordered the wrong things..? To begin, we ordered spicy garlic chicken but got the spicy garlic shrimp instead. They fry the shrimp with the shell on. I personally dislike the texture of shrimp shells but the shells were very difficult to take off and the shrimp also lost a lot of the flavor when separated.
