"We were in the opposite so we decided to try single o. we were not disappointed. it was very busy, but we could find a place. we had a late breakfast and found a good selection on the menu....The service was very good. we enjoyed our food and coffee. it looked like the place where the number of people go there."

"This place is good. Had guac with chimichurri, poached egg and feta. The flavours were awesome and I would 100% go back and get this again.<br/ <br/ Hubs had bacon egg roll and said was quite tasty with a decent portion of bacon. Two people for brkkie including 2 coffees for $27 makes this the best value brekkie I've had in a while! <br/ <br/ The only thing that turned me off and cost this place 1.5 points was that they used empty gin bottles as water jugs and there was a kinda funky taste off the (warm) water as a result."

"Hidden inside a building shared with Australia Post I would have never expected to find a decent Asian eatery here with breakfast specials signage of coffee, toast and bacon and egg rolls. The look of this place is a bit old school cafe with plenty of seating for dine ins. A plethora of ad hoc tacky menu signage greets you at the service counter. Boss Lady keeps the ordering efficient and kitchen in check. Once given your order number raffle ticket you can take seat and they'll bring and serve your dish when ready. Apparently they've been around for 9 years and it's the first time I've really noticed this place after working in the city for more than 20 years. I go for the Egg noodle soup with crispy chicken $13). The chicken has a decent crispy skin as hoped and the meat is fairly moist but I have had better. The piping hot soup is very flavoursome with a good amount of al dente egg noodles. The dipping sauce is more mild in heat than you'd expect from the fiery red presentation. It's a decent feed from an unexpected cafe that has Australian, Thai, Chinese and Vietnamese on the menu along with sandwiches, burgers, fresh juices, chicken schnitzel, grilled fish and even a Lebanese wrap and Beef Stroganoff. I do wonder if they do a decent job of the Vittoria Coffee they're serving up. Another time perhaps with that bacon and egg roll breakfast special for $5 or $6.80 with a coffee, I'm curious and tempted."

"Food really is top notch! I tried squid risotto once and that was the best risotto I've ever eaten. Pity it is daily special and not a staple. But everything else I've tried is really good quality, with fresh ingredients and perfect balance of seasoning and flavour in each of their dishes. Service is friendly and great too."

"We lived in the city and walked here to the breakfast on a Saturday morning. it looked like the other girls were a mix of people who just swim their morning and couples come for an breakfast. unfortunately it was weather. a little bit out, so that the seating was limited to the undercover section. it would be nice on a sunny morning. we could get a table and order our food and drinks. I had a hot chocolate and eggs with speck and mushrooms and my wife had one of the dishes. the bowl looked good and they enjoyed it. the hc and eier were also really good. the service was friendly and efficient. we will add this to the places we make breakfast when in sydney."

"Beautiful food and lovely atmosphere, Cafe Patina is perfect for a morning coffee and breakfast in the sunshine by Wahroonga park. I love their philosophy for high quality, nutritious whole foods, and local produce, and it's wonderful to see a cafe keeping it real with food. There are countless food and beverage options for gluten and dairy free lovers like myself. Cafe Patina also hosts some seriously wonderful events and you'll be hard-pressed to find a gem like it. Highly recommended!"
