"We went to the Festival Easter Dinner. OpenTable lists it as $52/person, but the restaurant charges $58. The service wasn't great. We only saw another table eating while we were there, and our server would disappear for a long time. The amount and quality of food was definitely not worth $58. They also calculated $9.20 CC charge. I suppose that means credit card fee absurd. It won't go back."

"I don’t know if this store just entirely prioritizes to go orders, but I finally came to realize it’s just the way this place is run. I hate leaving anything but 5 star reviews, but after five 3 star experiences I had to leave a review. For one, this place is unbelievably slow considering the simplicity of many of the food items. 30 minutes for cold and burnt almond butter toast? This is typical. Today, it was as if someone threw an entire handful of cinnamon in our $10 smoothie. It was literally inedible it was so spicy. Also half blended with huge chunks of frozen banana in it. Obviously not following any sort of planned recipe. I understand labor shortages but today we had 3 employees just barely manage to get toast out in 30 mins. It’s a bummer because I love the idea of the whole menu they offer, but this store is the worst. Leaving three stars because I’ve never met any overly unfriendly staff and at least 75% of the time the food is good. Just very slow service and hit or miss on food."

"Customer service is bad. Very rude. The guy taking our order had to correct my daughter on how she said poke bowl. Asked if they had tea and they didn't which is no problem but then he tells me theres free water over to the side. Was trying to ask him a question after I paid and he walks off. Wait a long time for food while we can hear everyone's conversation in back. Paid $8 for charcoal lemonade that tasted like water then noticed on bottle said may cause serious illness to children, elderly and weak immune systems. They should let people know that before they buy it."
