"I can't say enough positive things about this restaurant. The food is fun, delicious and unpredictable. I love the relaxed atmosphere and their regular bartender is always amazing and helpful. I was often in this restaurant and every meal was on point and delicious. My favorite is the red beet salad if you love beet, you must have it. I had her steak tips, her fetters and aubergines, the Enchilada. Oh so good!!! In all my years I never had a fish tacos and the bartender convinced me to try it the other night and I was not disappointed. They were light and tasty and the fish had a nice crispy bread, it was just so good! I honestly couldn't believe I ate a fish taco LOL. Your beer selection is always great and they often change the list I love as I am quite adventurous when it comes to beer and maybe not so much with fish tacos. Although Snappy Patty is now my goal for good food that will change. I just love it."

"Worst service I've ever had. The food was okay, and we waited over 30mins for our drinks. Which honestly didn't bother me that much. Where the issue really starts is the fact that my friend and I forgot our masks and as we were paying for our meal we asked the gentleman up front if he had any. During this time a cook comes out and practically yells at my friend and I, stating how we should know better, and kept mumbling god only knows what. (All while his mask was below his nose! The whole experience was honestly really embarrassing. I'm not an anti mask wearer, and I'm fully vaccinated, AND I've worked in the health field for many years! I was so shaken up by how embarrassed I was that I called the manager who was equally as rude as the cook. She wouldn't let me talk and she kept talking over me to the point where I finally lost my cool and told her to shut up so I could finally get a word in. At that point she went on a whole other rant so I ended the call. If I had been an anti mask wearing and looking for an argument that would have been one thing, but no, I was simply taking my friend out for her birthday and forgot my mask. The gentleman working the register apologized as the cook was going off on us, but with how the manager treated me after, I will not be returning."

"I fell in love with Ruby?s while I lived in Ashland and I couldn?t have been more thrilled about their new Medford location. When they first opened, we gave them grace each time our food or the service did not meet our expectations. I always order vegan and gluten-free, which is why I wanted to love Ruby?s on Genessee? they have so many options for me! After getting my veggie or RBG burrito multiple times with egg and/or cheese, I still wanted to go back: when they getit right, it?s amazing. I had to talk my husband into giving them one more try this weekend. Unfortunately, they forgot my mimosa, burned my husband?s burger buns and burger, our sweet potato fries were cold, and my lunch burro was, too.The only thing that came out perfectly was my husband?s cider from their tap (which he graciously waited to drink until I had my mimosa, twenty minutes after we sat down). I was incredibly disappointed, as this is one of the rare placesthat caters to my diet in Medford."

"June 2, 2019 update: Downtown Market is now Open at 123 West Main where Bohemian club used to be). DM's new location has Much nicer Dining, Bar and Kitchen facilities. Spacious seating where private conversations are easy. Saturday and Sunday for brunch from 9am until 2pm... and weekdays 11-3 for lunch. Check website to confirm. Both menus change.. but currently offering Quiche, Breakfast Plate, Breakfast Bowl, French Toast, Waffles, Panini, B&G...all prepared creatively and tastfully. Menu is similar to previous location with mimosa, bloody Mary, coffee, OJ and other drinks. High quality experience and certainly one of the best brunch and lunch places in Medford, Ashland or GP. Recommended Feb, 2019: Hmmm... still testing Downtown Market and Over Easy Sunday brunches. Early impression 8+ visits each) is that Over Easy has the best brunch breakfast in the valley...and the DM has more variety for weekday lunches....with caveats. Both places' menus constantly change... selections are restricted 3 to 4 main dishes with sides) and prices reflect the high quality ingrediants and artistic preparation. main course, drink and tip circa $20) If you are looking for a large portion of cheap, fast and salty food... move along.... nothing to see here. Downtown Market and Over Easy are both Highly recommended. DM has a wider variety of creative desserts. But... Over Easy has amazing Johnny Cake which defies description. The counter and bar at DM is more conducive convivial conversations with bright thoughtful transplants and locals. Customers at either restaurant will be pleased to share the dining experience at possibly... Medford's best restaurants. Only Porter's and Bambu, when their chefs are at peak performance, may be equals. BTW...best breakfast brunch in GP...is Mamosa's...second place is prob Lulu's or Twisted Cork. If you want to experience what is possible in Medford...better go to Over Easy or Downtown Market now."
