"Usually a great place to get Bagels in the area. sadly the service can sometimes be a bit slow even when is not super busy. I also got a burned bagel, which motivated this review, but in my prior experiences the bagels were good (not burned). hoping to have a better experience in the future."

"My fiancé mentioned twice “the waiting was worth it.” We waited almost half an hour for our meal, which was too long, but the food was delicious. I gave four stars because the food was great, but because the service was bad. I can pardon the young lady in the register because she's young and maybe can learn. My proposal is to get them as well as the other staff training on customer service. Teach them that securing the customer the food will soon and welcome customers is polite. When the food was ready, the young lady left it on the counter and left. She never once said the order is ready, or thank you for waiting, or I'm sorry for waiting for the long, or here's your food. I was shocked that we were not greeted or thanked and that the food was just left on the counter so that we assume that it was our after almost half an hour. I will definitely not buy anything here, but hope that my feedback can help you continue the business."
