"My daughter was recently married on Friday and Perk Up Cafe did the breakfast for the bridal party. We had a tray sent to the salon for the girls and to the house for the groomsmen. They did such a beautiful job with the trays absolutely everything was included. Everything was added for the coffee and bagels. They had everything cut in half so it was easy to eat the muffins and pastries were so fresh we can't say enough. Thank you"

"This was my first time here, it also happened to be my first date here. Liz behind the bar welcomed us as she took our orders and was very caring. After a while I got to meet Richard Serrano who manages the establishment and handles all the culinary preparations. Amazing selection of food and libations! This place is the penultimate corner stone watering hole... my first.... my forever! Mucho gusto, y muchas Gracias!"

"This place used to have wonderful food, but something must have happened with the cooks there and the past few times that I 've ordered and picked up or had delivery, I was VERY DISAPPOINTED. 1)The oil they used to cook the egg rolls and fry the rice seemed to be old and had an odd taste.2) The fried chicken was over fried to the point that it was hard.3)The chicken was opaque and undercooked in the chicken and broccoli, and the pork in the pork with string beans was not sliced as it used to be. It was shredded and grisly. The owners of the restaurant are a lovely family. I 'm so sad to see these changes. I 've ordered on different days and at different times hoping it was just an 'off ' day. I 'll try going there again in the future in hopes that the food will return to it 's former quality. I used to consider this take out the BEST in the area. Sorry that I can no longer say that."
