"Going to Chili's for baby back ribs used to be a treat to look forward to instead of paying premium prices for a horrid dining experience. Where to begin, the only pleasant part about the visit was being promptly greeted and seated by the hostess. The service was marginal, at best; and this, when the restaurant was not busy. It seems that they now water down the salsa if you order chips and salsa; either that, or they don't bother to stir it before they serve it and just tell you that all the batches are like that. I've visited other Chili's, in the past, where the salsa looks like salsa and not some watery swill they skimmed off the top. I ordered a smokehouse combo and paid extra for ribs. Food presentation, when my meal did arrive, was sad to poor at best. The only thing that looked inviting and appetizing was the street corn. I only took a couple of bites from the ribs but decided to take them home and doctor them up to make them edible because I did pay extra for them. It also took forever to pay for the meal. If this Chili's is an accurate representation of what this restaurant now is, I shall not be returning to a Chili's, ever, and will delete the Chili's app from my phone. I can think of less expensive ways to have an unpleasant evening, thank you."

"We thought we would try their delivery service and wow. it came 30 minutes earlier, then they said and eating was still very hot! eating is excellent. we ordered the broccoli beef, orange chicken, egg rolls and the bbq pork. so delicious. in any case, they would recommend to try them out. the second time we ordered the pork and the bark with mixed vegetables. again very good!"

"I used doordash 2x in this week to breakfast from here. every time several items are missing. it's ridiculous. even if I go to drive thru the customer service is terrible! the small children who work there have no communication skills. they simply nod their head yes or no like idiots who can not speak better!"

"I first ate in this restaurant in 1971, being my first experience with Tex-Mex. And the food is just as good as it was back then. Service was good, even in the time of Covid, and I ordered the lunch special containing a tamale, enchilada, taco and chalupa. I expected a lunch-sized meal, but it was huge! Every bit the size of a dinner! Everyone else in my party were pleased, food was hot, plentiful and the chips were refilled frequently. They've done a great job of keeping the ambiance, good food quality and cleanliness!"

"We went to dinner yesterday. I really hope I don't get her name wrong, but the name of our waitress was Brooke. I told her I was a vegan. I ordered the Bean Burgerpatty. She was very intentional to make sure that I didn't eat anything that I shouldn't have as vegans and very proactive to find out if there was egg in Patty. Sure enough. I was so grateful for our waitress Brooke that she went so deliberately and proactively beyond her job description. From there we decided that we did not eat there and go somewhere else. Brooke, thank you again. You are a very great and amazing young lady blessings for you and your family!"
