"We had 3 dishes, a beef in the pot, a rice pasta in acid and hot sauce and a fried corn. The average price of soup is 12, for supplement 20 and main 30-35, but it can vary a lot for fish. The food came in large portions and was absolutely fantastic, perhaps the best we had in Romania. We were impressed that the food was not so oily and the taste was well balanced. The service was very nice, food came fast. Location is surrounded by blocks, but clean, natural light and no food smell."

"We were staying in the nearby K+K hotel, and as this place was listed as the spot for breakfast in Bucharest we decided to check it out. After a short walk and a little searching we found Simbio on a side street in a residential area. At first we were a bit put off by the attitude of the staff, and almost walked out again... Upon entering we were brusquely told there was no room and we could "try" downstairs. Downstairs (i.e. the basement, no windows) the staff was just as cheerful, but we got a table anyway after promising we'd be out by 11:30 to make room for the reservations. Sunday is peak brunch time for the Bucharesti hipster crowd it seems... So we quickly chose something of the menu (it took them a while to come and take our order considering they wanted us out of the way fast) that neither of us had tried before: poached eggs benedict and florentine. I had some home-made lemonade drink on the side as well. Our orders did come out fast, and our waiter gradually became less grumpy with each interaction. The food was REALLY good. We both loved the poached eggs and the veggies. We even considered going back there the next day, but the thought of having to go through that unwelcoming staff again held us back. Too bad, now that I've "discovered" eggs florentine I want them again, I hope they'll be as good as they were in Simbio."

"Great little place, with a wonderful ambience. We had brunch and the service was impeccable. Food was great, I had a very tasty and well seasoned tomato-egg dish. Price for Romania, but appropriate for the quality of food."

"My wife and I heard about Tuk Tuk through friends that are regulars and custom to south East Asian cuisine, having been to Thailand three times our visit brought back nostalgic memories of our honeymoon The small yet cosy restaurant with super tasty food and...warm service was a perfect fine in Bucharest where the options of Asian taste is as close as you can get to the real thing We had Tom yum with prawns, tamarind fish and drunken noodle with beef and finished with Thai Roti, all was perfect ! The right balance of sour spicy salty sweet that you would expect from this cuisine which is rare to find in other Asian restaurants around Bucharest Ps. they even have both Chang and Sigha beers ! Prices are not cheap but you get what you paid for considering that most of the essential ingredients are imported Will definitely will return and looking forward to take that step down memory lane again"

"The service we received was horrendous. We came here because the La Mama chain was recommend by our tour guide and we'd been given a discount card. But when I asked for the bill and gave them my discount card they refused to give us...the discount for the absurd reason that they had already printed our bill... What? And they refused to simply print out a new one! We talked to 3 different staff members and they were all equally unhelpful. We felt totally ripped off. And the food was pretty average too. For an authentic affordable feed we would absolutely recommend the City Grill chain throughout the city."

"I went here for lunch a couple of weeks ago. This is a new concept from Ana Pan and I was very familiar with their products so I said I should give this a try. I ordered a celery soup and a Caprese sandwich. the food was good, but I had to wait a little for the soup. the staff was polite but could pay a little more attention to their customers. I will go again to try the egg sandwich. You should visit if you like cookies/cake/sweets or pastry. they have an extensive offer."
